This weekend, ABC Landline will be featuring a story on wild rabbits in Australia, and the planned release of an additional strain of Rabbit Haemorrhagic Disease Virus (RHDV, also known as calicivirus) called K5 which is scheduled for release in autumn 2017. Registrations are open for community groups and landholders to nominate local areas as an official site for the release of RHDV K5 (when it is available).
