Meet: Point Hut Crossing carpark at 9am.

Planned activities: Planting and some weed control (cut & dab).

Please wear suitable clothes and sturdy footwear, and bring water. If you have planting tools, please bring those too.

Meet:Wallangara St carpark

Please wear suitable clothing, especially long sleeves, sun hat, sturdy footwear, and strong gardening gloves. Bring a small mattock if you have one. Bring a day pack and do carry water.

POSM are a small, informal, enthusiastic parkcare group who take care of an area on the Murrumbidgee River, from Point Hut Crossing to Pine Island, including part of Barney's Hill. It's a beautiful area, frequently used by runners, walkers and dog walkers, and people swimming and kayaking.

POSM have been going since 1992 and we have still have one original member and others who've been with the group for 8 or 10 years.
