Join us for a work party and walk-and-talk with the Gudgenby Bush Regenators in the beautiful Gudgenby Valley, and learn about the environnmental response to fire, both in 2003 and 2020.
This work party will be a fun day out learning about the ongoing threats after the recent bushfires. All ages and experiences are welcome. We will be learning how to and participating in weeding, and learning about the Gudgenby Bush Regenerator Group’s work to restore the area over several decades.
We will provide Tea, Coffee and Biccies, hand sanitiser and sunscreen. Please bring your own packed lunch , water, sun protection, and wear long pants, long sleeves and study footwear.
We will be meeting at the Namadgi Visitor Centre and then driving out to Ready Cut Cottage together- here’s the maps link to the Visitor Centre. If you’re late, here is the maps link to Ready Cut Cottage.
Looking forward to having a great day out!
